"OUR MARKET IS GREAT RIGHT NOW. There has been a definite uptrend as homes have been selling faster and for a higher price. Also, inventory is low which makes this a great time to sell. It's crucial right now for buyers and their agents to be ready with pre-approval letters and strategy so they're ready to make "a move" the moment they see the home of their dreams come on the market at the right price. We're seeing an increase in multiple offers."
