Ernie prides himself on being directly involved with all aspects of a sale or purchase, and with the clients themselves. This hands-on method has paid off - his rate of successful closings is nearly 95 percent. A South Carolina native, Ernie's real estate career began in the exclusive Highland Park neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. In the 1980s he moved to New York, gaining new perspective as an agent on Manhattan's Upper East Side. He moved to California in 1990 and has been here ever since, representing an extensive roster of satisfied clients including Fortune 500 CEOS, top studio executives, attorneys, government officials, ambassadors, diplomats and foreign dignitaries.
Ernie is a supporter of the Los Angeles Conservancy, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Fullfillment Fund for Scholastic Achievement and the Venice Family Clinic.
