Learka Bosnak is a fifth generation Realtor who has lived and worked in more than half a dozen countries. After attending Columbia University in New York City she was hired to work for the Japanese government. Learka continued working in politics and graduated from law school in Boston before moving to Los Angeles.
Born in Virginia, Heather T. Roy relocated with her family to Atlanta and then North Carolina. She studied at Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service and abroad in France and Central Africa.
Heather's employment background includes work for Georgetown's Landegger International Business Diplomacy Program, for the Department of Defense, and in the entertainment industry as a literary agent.
Beyond their impressive credentials, Learka and Heather have exceptional analytical and negotiating skills, a rich understanding of diverse cultures, and grace in the most pressured situations. They represent clients in a broad range of purchase, sale, investment and exchange transactions throughout Los Angeles and the California coastline.
