Amy Sessner
Amy earned her B. S. in Liberal Arts from Central Michigan University in 1986 with an emphasis in Psychology. Her MBA was obtained in 1997 from the Graziadio Business School, Pepperdine University. Real Estate licensed since 1999 and she has held State specific licensing as required for nationwide lending and loss mitigation.
In 2003 Amy transferred to the loss mitigation division with Ameriquest Mortgage from Retail Originations. Ameriquest Mortgage closed their internal controls departments as such Amy managed a team of Customer Resolutions professionals resolving existing complaint files with loan modifications, forbearance plans and loan re-writes.
Amy transferred to Special Servicing as Transaction Sales Manager and Administrator with AMC Mortgage Servicing in 2005. Amy directed and managed the Repurchase departments, Collateral, Due Diligence and Sales Departments for Special Servicing. Special Servicing was responsible for the repurchasing of all loans originating by Argent, Olympus and Ameriquest Mortgage and the resale of all re-performing loans.
As Transaction Manager, Amy was responsible for the promotion and liquidation of all Scratch and Dent pools ranging from $ 11 million to $ 45 million. Amy was responsible the resolution groups of all companies and their exit strategy for each loan pool in order to confirm that AMC Mortgage Services obtained the highest yield for that asset including second signature for all short sales.
Amy was the primary contact for the non-profit group NACA for American Home Loans managing the NACA team and NACA company pipeline with included loan work out plans to cure loan delinquency in 2008.
Amy has resolved over 1000 transactions through loan modifications and short sales with her own negotiations company, HCM Processing and contract work with various attorney’s and Law Offices nationwide.
Amy joined the McMonigle Group Inc. to be a resource for distressed transactions and to work directly with homeowners. M Resolution Group values Amy for her vast experience with distressed assets to grow and expand the loss mitigation team and offerings to agents.
