Andy Stavros
Specializing in high-end real estate from Newport Beach to Laguna Beach, Andy Stavros serves his clients with the utmost professionalism and impressive real estate experience. One of Orange County's most successful and respected agents, Andy earned his real estate sales license at the age of 20 while attending California State University Long Beach. During that time, he worked in sales for a national real estate firm and invested in numerous real estate projects.
Before he even obtained his degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law, Andy was approached by an Orange County-based commercial developer to spearhead the firm's project management. For five years he managed numerous commercial developments from start to finish. The projects ranged from grocery-anchored shopping centers in master planned communities to large office and medical buildings.
His Broker's license in hand, Andy started his Fashion Island-based brokerage, Stavros Property Group, prior to joining Teles Properties in 2010. "When you manage commercial projects, you have to be able to handle massive amounts of detail," Andy says. "High-stakes negotiation and multi-tasking are the name of the game."
