If you're serious about buying a home, Anthony is the agent for you! My husband and I are new to California and were anxious about buying our first home here. We needed an agent we could completely trust. Anthony is that agent. He scheduled multiple home viewing appointments with us within the first couple of days after our initial conversation and continued to do so, until we found a home we loved. One of our biggest fears was buying a home that could potentially lose value in the near future. When viewing homes with us, Anthony gave us his honest opinion about the property when asked. He wasn't just trying to sell us a house. He was truly looking out for our best interest. We made an offer on a home we fell in love with, but we ended up as the back-up offer. Anthony provided us with service that we didn't know existed. He guided us every step of the way in both selling our condo and buying a new house. Having been through the process previously with other agents, we prepared ourselves for the usual roller coaster of ups and downs. He met with us numerous times to discuss our options and strategy. We always felt supported and informed. The roller coaster situation never happened.
