Ashley Lencek
Dedicated to honesty, integrity, and dignity, Ashley Lencek is a welcome addition to Teles Properties’ The Kristin Halton Group. As assistant to Kristin, a top-producing agent, Ashley helps make every transaction run as smooth as possible for clientele in the prestigious coastal Orange County communities of Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Newport Coast, and Laguna Beach.
Having earned her real estate license in 2008, Ashley enjoys learning from Kristin and being a part of a successful team. “I was born and raised in Southern California and have a tremendous knowledge of its wide variety of preferred cities and neighborhoods,” noted Ashley, who also holds a California Notary Public license.
Ashley is currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) program at University of San Diego and expects to graduate in May 2012. She further demonstrates her dedication to real estate by serving as the Graduate Chair of the University's Real Estate Society, a student-led organization that provides resources and information through industry outreach for students interested in or pursuing a career in real estate. Furthermore, her most notable accomplishment occurred in April 2011, when she took first place in a prestigious real estate development and analysis competition against 21 other universities from across the United States and around the world–including MIT, Cornell, Emory University, and teams from China, United Kingdom and Canada.
For fun, Ashley is a musician and writes and records pop songs. She is also passionate about fitness and charity, combining both as an alumni triathlete with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training.
