Bruce Cook
A twenty-year veteran of the high-end residential real estate market, Bruce W. Cook is well known locally for his role as a writer and as the publisher of “Grand Tour Magazine.” He has handled transactions of multimillion dollar estate properties for a roster of “Who’s Who” clients, including international dignitaries, business leaders and celebrities.
Bruce has developed and built ground-up luxury construction, including a 20,000 square foot Beverly Hills estate on two acres, as well as properties in Bel Air, Brentwood and Hancock Park in the Los Angeles market. Additionally, he has built, purchased and sold properties in Palm Beach, Philadelphia, Honolulu, Palm Springs and San Francisco, among many other locales.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Bruce Cook specializes in several prime markets, including Shady Canyon, Newport Coast, Big Canyon and Bayshores, where he and his family have resided for the past five years. As an associate of the McCormick Group, Bruce brings tremendous experience to a sophisticated, upscale clientele. Despite the challenges of the current market, Cook and McCormick have successfully closed seven-figure transactions amidst tremendous competition.
