Carole Fox
An L.A. "almost-native" and 20-year resident of Beverly Hills, Carole Fox knows Southern California real estate. Over the years, she has served a wide range of sellers and buyers across Beverly Hills, the Westside, West L.A. and Century City as a condo specialist. She possesses an up-to-the-minute understanding of current market inventory, pricing and trends and brings her extensive knowledge to Teles Properties as part of the Greensweig Group.
Carole's love affair with L.A. began at age 8 1/2, when she and her family moved west from Boston. She stayed put to attend college at USC, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. Her long career working one-on-one with patients shaped Carole's empathic style, strict attention to detail and professionalism - all qualities that she uses in her real estate career.
However, it's Carole's personal experiences in real estate that have given her that extra measure of expertise. "I moved a lot in my 30s and 40s, both in state and out of state," she explains, "so I understand that pressure to find the perfect home, the right schools, the best doctors, and really, the right lifestyle. There's nothing more rewarding than helping someone find the home of their dreams - because it shapes their entire life."
In her free time, Carole enjoys landscaping, remodeling and interior design - and can help sellers with staging that will maximize their property's assets and boost curb appeal. She's also passionate about USC football, but since her daughter went to UCLA, she's nice to Bruins, too.
