Carrie Benuska
Serving the greater Pasadena area, Carrie Benuska is ranked among the top real estate agents internationally and has the experience and skills necessary to guide her clients through their important real estate transactions.
A graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a BS in Industrial Engineering, Carrie previously worked in computer consulting and then ran a successful bookkeeping business. “I feel as if I have truly found my calling in real estate,” she says. “I love to match people with properties and often go beyond what is readily available, and what is expected, to serve my clients. I am proactive, persistent and give my all.”
As a resident of San Marino, Carrie is passionate about the community and deeply familiar with its lovely neighborhoods and amenities. A die-hard San Marino Titans fan, she can often be found at various sporting events, cheering for her kids. Carrie has also lived in both Pasadena and Altadena and is savvy about the entire Pasadena area.
Herself the mother of teenagers, Carrie adds, “I have a keen sense of the needs of families and knowledge of area schools.” She has received several awards for her service to the schools in addition to her award-winning real estate production.
“I understand the critical value of every dollar for my clients and I continually represent their best interests during the transaction. I treat their investment as seriously as I would treat my own. My goal is to get my clients the maximum proceeds from the sale of their property and the best value on a new home.”
Her energy and insight make Carrie a valuable ally to her clients, whether they are selling or buying, whether they are moving around the corner or across the continent.
