About Me
Christina Zietsman
Christina feels right at home in Pasadena. And she should. She was born and raised here, just blocks from the home in which her mother grew up—a neighborhood she still calls home. “I’m so fortunate to have been brought up here,” Christina says. “Pasadena is a family-oriented city with culture, art, music, sports, wonderful private schools, gorgeous neighborhoods and many architecturally significant homes. It’s close to downtown, one hour to the ski slopes and one hour to the beach—a very desirable place to live.”
With a decade of experience as a highly successful real estate agent, Christina has sold properties in Pasadena, La Canada, Altadena, San Marino and all the way to Lake Balboa. “I seem to get architecturally beautiful listings,” she says. Her appreciation for that beauty is one of Christina’s special skills, and part of the reason she started her real estate career. A successful interior decorator, she has a well-developed eye for architecture. “I can help clients see what they might not notice.”
Christina studied Sports Communication and Sports Training at the University of Southern California and admits she’s a “huge USC football fan….! Both my father and grandfather played for USC.” She is a trainer at Breakthru fitness and was at Equinox for 20 years. She has also been on many community-based fundraising committees throughout the years.
“I am a problem solver,” Christina says. “I love to look at how my client lives and find a new home that fits their lifestyle. That’s fun for me!” It’s also important to her sellers and buyers, who find Christina open, accessible, easy to relate to and easy to work with. “The client’s needs are always first and foremost. Big or small, I can always find solutions.”
