My specialties include residential single family homes and condominiums in the Greater Los Angeles area. This includes Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Santa Monica, Westwood, Brentwood, Venice, West LA, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Woodland Hills, Encino, and many other neighborhoods in Los Angeles.
As a graduate student at the University of Texas at Austin, I wrote my Master's Thesis on First Time Homebuyers. Consequently, I have worked with many first time homebuyers over the years as a Los Angeles area Realtor.
