If you are looking for advice and ideas on how to sell or rent your property fast; I would highly recommend Elle Jones. She does all the extras and little things to get the deal done. Her photographer and support people were first class. We rented our property within 5 days after being on the market. She handled everything lease, showings- you name it she did it!!!! We would like to acknowledge Elle Jones, our real estate agent, for her professionalism, effective marketing strategies and attention to detail. We believe these qualities helped to sell our existing house and to buy our new house so quickly and with a minimal amount of stress. The first time we met Elle she handed a flyer to us in front of our house directing us to an Open House in our neighborhood. At the time, we were not looking to purchase a house. We attended her Open House that weekend and bid on the property three days later. We are now proud owners of this new house. It was Elle going door-to-door that sold that house. We were so impressed by Elle that we asked her to present her plan for selling our existing home. Elle presented a detailed and well-thought-out plan that included delivering flyers to the neighborhood on a regular basis, listing our home on prominent internet real estate sites and in local newspapers, and some creative ideas for open houses. As our agent, Elle went over and beyond what she had promised during that presentation. After much preparation on Elle?s part, our first open house was quite a success which resulted in multiple bids within the first week. Elle always ensured that everything was taken care of. Her attention to detail made us feel at ease during this process. As our agent, Elle always went the extra mile. Most importantly, she is trustworthy and honest. She was truly our advocate on both of our transactions. It is obvious that Elle truly cares about her clients. If we ever buy or sell another home we would use Elle as our agent.
