I am a Beverly Hills native who graduated from Beverly Hills High School and my family still resides in Beverly Hills. I have spent the past few years working as a senior specialist helping seniors transition from homes into community living or move from one community to another. Through this process, I identified the specific need for individualized service to help alleviate stress.
My personalized placement agency is based on fostering and maintaining personal relationships. This is a service provided at no cost to the client or their family. My clients call day or night. My goal is to help facilitate the bridge to retirement by continuing to be personally involved with clients and their families.
My service differs from others because I coordinate packing, moving, unpacking as well as introducing clients to other residents within the community. I coordinate with the manager to make sure the client's dietary and social needs are met. I educate myself on their budget, hobbies, interests, care, and dietary restrictions, so I know exactly which property is best suited for them. I arrange tours of property. Once the decision is made as to which retirement community is best suited for the client's interests and needs, the next phase begins.
Once my client moves into a community, I continue to stay in contact with them on a regular basis. I try to make sure they feel connected to the manager and introduce them to other residents who share the same interests.
