Julie Kozich
Julie Kozich brings her expertise, professionalism, and passion for real estate marketing and sales to Teles Properties in her position as Managing Director for Newport Beach. As a luxury real estate agent in Washington, she was named one of the Top 50 Up and Coming Real Estate Brokers in the United States by RIS Real Estate Magazine and was a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing's Million Dollar Guild. A certified luxury home marketing specialist, Julie has earned several production awards for multi-million-dollar sales achievements.
Prior to joining Teles Properties, Julie was the vice president of operations for a real estate investment/property management firm in Corona Del Mar. Additionally, she served as managing broker and chief marketing officer for Altura Property, LLC, teaming with Sotheby's Orlando and traveling the country giving real estate presentations to brokers, builders and investors. Before beginning her career in real estate, she served as president and CEO of a color-consulting/home-staging business.
