Unlike almost every other Realtor, Kendyl Young has not had a long and storied career in some other industry. She graduated from UCLA with a BA in Mass Communications and had a brief career with Proctor and Gamble and M&M/Mars Inc. In 1987 she plunged happily into residential real estate sales at the ripe age of 23 and a half. Go ahead. it's ok to do the math.
Kendyl was a near instant success selling homes to detail conscious engineers in Silicon Valley. Her talent for clear communication, effective business planning and strong negotiation skills made Kendyl a favorite with professionals who demand much more than a simple sales person.
In 1992 Kendyl moved back home to Glendale to raise her family. She joined Coldwell Banker, in part, to associate with her mother, Bea Jue- an iconic Top Realtor in Glendale. Kendyl continues to attract clients who demand excellence- in marketing, negotiations, integrity and sheer business know how. While maintaining uncompromising quality in her traditional marketing, Kendyl is on the cutting edge in using technology and social media to find the best possible advantage for her clients.
Kendyl is the proud mother of two exuberant teens and the privileged wife of an awesome husband and silent partner in her real estate business. She is an LA native and has a plethora of siblings, nieces and nephews in the local area.
