Assisting both home buyers and sellers, Kim Markham draws on her extensive real estate experience, spanning both residential and commercial sectors, to give her clientele the utmost in market insight and expert guidance.

Kim’s embrace of her client’s needs, their unique situations and personal objectives, allows her the ability to understand and respond effectively to each individual with care and concern.
Kim’s past experience includes: her position as project coordinator with Arizona-based Woodbine Southwest, one of the most respected mixed-use real estate developers nationwide – and as an art broker to the hospitality industry–including select properties of MGM Mirage Resorts, Marriott Hotels, and Boutique hotel venues.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interior design from The Design Institute of San Diego. She is an avid amateur chef, and equally enthusiastic about world travel and international affairs. She resides in Newport Beach with her husband Clay, who is the Vice President of Hospitality at the highly acclaimed firm of RTKL Architects in Los Angeles.
