Linda Zivkovic
With a career in real estate spanning the lengths of two decades, Linda Zivkovic leads the newly formed McMonigle La Jolla team along the San Diego coastal corridor. As a broker, realtor, real estate investor and sales coach, Linda extends a very successful track record in residential sales and management – demonstrating her passion and excitement for real estate, along with a deep-rooted desire to remain at the forefront of industry innovation and trends.
A second generation professional in real estate and Midwest native, Linda has partnered with a host of international clientele, making the process personal, while establishing long term relationships that transcend the sale or purchase of a home. Her clientele have also inspired a love for travel, having traveled extensively throughout the globe with her family.
Linda received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ursuline College, with studies in real estate from the University of Akron and Nouveau Riche University in Arizona. Professional achievements include: former member of the Builder Marketing Society; Education Chairperson for the Greater Cleveland Home Builders Association; National Association of Home Builders’ designation of CSP, Advanced CSP, CMP; as well as numerous accolades based on sales volume and overall achievement.
