It was an involved and delicate process to juggle two transactions at the same time but you made sure that they both went smoothly. You thought of everything, even helping us find the perfect apartment to live in while renovating. The kids love the apartment because it is so close to the park, Starbucks, and our new house.

Most educated people can pass the test to become a real estate agent. But that doesn’t necessarily make them one. By my own experience, I learned what makes a great real estate agent.
In an odyssey that took more than two years, Marci scoured the Los Angeles market for my son’s first home. It should have been easy. After all, it was a cash offer. By learning of, and truly understanding his taste, needs, preferences and ignorance of the market, Marci dismissed almost every home in his price range. She knew he wouldn’t be happy with those she rejected. Along the way, in two separate instances, she found one that would make him happy. However in both cases, a long drawn out negotiation, Seller’s contingencies and problems arising from the financial crisis, both negotiations failed to result in a closing. Most agents would have moved on to find easier deals.
Marci didn’t. She kept looking. Finally, she found the the right one. Unfortunately, the property was in an estate with three executors located in different cities. It took an extraordinary amount of time and effort to cure the deficiencies as well as getting signatures at each obstacle. Finally after three years, my son moved into his new home, allowing Marci the freedom to help someone else. That’s a great realtor!

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism with which she handled the sale of our home. As we sat down at the start of the sale period we were impressed with her thoroughness as she determined our needs and as she explained the sale process and the associated paperwork. During the course of the sale, we were never surprised by any new or forgotten requirements required for the sale.
Since we had people living in the home at the time, she was very sensitive to their needs for privacy and worked around their schedule perfectly. Marci was very prepared and effective in advertising the property.
