Marguerite Wherry
A long-time Malibu resident and an award-winning Realtor, Marguerite Wherry approaches her real estate business with an eye for design and a passion for the community. Her commitment to the exceptional quality of life in Southern California’s premier beach city is reflected in numerous honors and commendations from the state, the county and the city.
A New York native, Marguerite relocated to California in 1975. She has built and remodeled homes in Malibu, including her own, and has a personal appreciation for home construction, design and ownership that she shares generously with her clients.
Prior to becoming a Broker, Marguerite operated her own graphic design and printing business, working with clients in the entertainment industry, including numerous celebrities. Marguerite continues to broaden her knowledge in marketing and computer graphics—skills that benefit her clients as she markets their beach and canyon properties for sale.
