Melyssa Peters
Melyssa Peters has a unique appreciation for city living and the novelty of “moving.” She grew up as a bicoastal kid in San Francisco, Brentwood, New York City, Marin County, Carmel and Santa Barbara. After graduating with honors from the University of California Santa Barbara, she put her personal journey to use with a career in residential real estate.
“It was a natural fit,” Melyssa says, and her sales awards confirm that observation. Proficient on both the listing and sale sides of transactions and skilled in the art of handling multiple offers, Melyssa never shies away from a challenge. No limit to her geographic range, she has closed numerous escrows covering a wide area of the Los Angeles market, including Santa Monica, West L.A., Brentwood, Venice, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Hancock Park, Miracle Mile, Los Feliz and Silver Lake. “Knowing what each neighborhood has to offer keeps me constantly learning and keeps my business exciting.”
