Michael Bareh
Michael Bareh’s passion for real estate was ignited at the early age of 19. Growing up in Pasadena, he found himself out of high school with just $2,500 to his name. His dream was to buy a new car and head out to college.
Realizing he would not be able to make the monthly payments and attend college, he was discouraged. But Michael’s father said, “How would you like to buy this car, a year from now, all cash?” Answering in the affirmative, Michael became his father’s partner on a parcel of land in the Southern California high desert.
“A year later he handed me a check for $16,000 after closing escrow on the property,” Michael says, “He said to me, ‘Here’s your check. Go buy that car you wanted.’ But I said, ‘I don’t want a car, I want the next parcel of land!’”
Having purchased his first investment property at the age of 19, Michael continued investing in real estate and bought and ran his first business at age 21. His real estate journey took him from raw land to commercial to land development, where he built several infill projects, and he has owned and managed commercial and residential rental properties for the last 20 years.
With his rich personal knowledge and vast stores of experience, Michael today shares his residential and commercial real estate expertise with clients in Newport Beach and throughout Southern California.
