Michelle grew up in Los Angeles and previously worked as an advertising executive and as a regional manager for a home interiors company, admits that her previous work experience raised her value as a realtor. Understanding advertising and home design plays directly into marketing real estate. “I listen intently to what my clients say and ask questions to really understand what their needs are. Then I can put 150% into the marketing, advertising and negotiating necessary to get the property sold to the specifications identified by my clients.”
Michelle admits she loves a challenge. “The real value I bring is by uncovering hidden opportunities,” she explains, “whether that means uncovering the hidden assets of a home to be put on the market or finding a home for a frustrated buyer.” With her signature creativity, Michelle doesn’t wait for new listings to appear on the Multiple Listing Service; she goes out looking for them.
Every day I wake up happy to be in this industry and can’t believe I’ve been a Realtor for close to ten years and have been averaging 25 closed transactions per year. “I never dreamed something that started as a hobby could translate into a rewarding career,” Michelle says. “I feel fortunate to be successful in an industry I love and believe in.”
