Michelle Bolotin
Michelle Bolotin has a single measure of success: when her clients attain their real estate goals. Getting to that point bears witness to Michelle’s dedication, hard work, creativity, empathy and terrific listening skills. “It makes me feel very fortunate every time a client says I did a good job at the end of a transaction,” Michelle says. “I am honored when people put their confidence in me. I look out for their best interests.”
Michelle grew up in Los Angeles and previously worked as an advertising executive and as a regional manager for a home interiors company, admits that her previous work experience raised her value as a realtor. Understanding advertising and home design plays directly into marketing real estate. “I listen intently to what my clients say and ask questions to really understand what their needs are. Then I can put 150% into the marketing, advertising and negotiating necessary to get the property sold to the specifications identified by my clients.”
Michelle admits she loves a challenge. “The real value I bring is by uncovering hidden opportunities,” she explains, “whether that means uncovering the hidden assets of a home to be put on the market or finding a home for a frustrated buyer.” With her signature creativity, Michelle doesn’t wait for new listings to appear on the Multiple Listing Service; she goes out looking for them.
Every day I wake up happy to be in this industry and can’t believe I’ve been a Realtor for close to ten years and have been averaging 25 closed transactions per year. “I never dreamed something that started as a hobby could translate into a rewarding career,” Michelle says. “I feel fortunate to be successful in an industry I love and believe in.”
