In her first year in the residential industry, she earned her company's prestigious "Rookie of the Year" award due primarily to her high energy and client centric focus. Since her launch into selling residential properties, she has been recognized annually as a top producer, with the highest ethical standards exemplified in each transaction.
Patty prides herself on listening to her client's needs and educating her clients, while implementing strategies in order to efficiently achieve the desired goal-exceeding client expectations in a smooth, successful transaction.
