With over a decade’s worth of relevant marketing experience in the industries of Los Angeles commercial real estate and public relations, Patty seamlessly transitioned into the residential side of the real estate world seven years ago. She earned her company’s prestigious “Rookie of the Year” award in 2003 due primarily to her high energy and client centric focus. Since her launch into selling residential properties, she has been recognized annually as a top producer, with the highest ethical standards exemplified in each transaction.
Patty prides herself on listening to her client’s needs and educating her clients, while implementing strategies in order to efficiently achieve the desired goal—exceeding client expectations in a smooth, successful transaction. Having represented hundreds of buyers and sellers with this approach, she was awarded the Quality Service Certification™ Platinum Award in 2008 for “outstanding service to her clients”.

Patty is also a homeowner on the Westside, where she and her husband Peter raise their 4 children. She makes time to be an active school contributor & volunteer.
