For over two decades Paula Walker has served the Pasadena/San Gabriel Valley area with expertise. As an assistant to escrow officers for four years prior to getting her real estate license, Paula honed her inherent ability to communicate and connect with clients. "I made a choice and committed myself to working with my clients from start to finish," she says.
Part of that commitment involved staying current with information in two fields: technology and market trends. Keeping herself informed of technological changes in the world of real estate means knowing about and utilizing the best tools available to get her transactions processed with ease. "Market trends are what inevitably shape how a home is priced and how long it sits on the market," says Paula. "The more I know, the more effective I am in educating my clients."
Paula also remains unattached to the outcome of any transaction, a freeing quality not found in many agents which allows her to truly put her client's needs first. She helps her clients to identify their goals and what they want from the purchase or sale of a property with clarity.
