Today, with a broker’s license, a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and a decade of award-winning real estate production (top 4% nationwide), Philip represents clients throughout the entire San Gabriel Valley and neighboring communities. His mantra is “Here to Serve.” “I really care about my clients and often develop friendships with them.” His clients concur, commenting that Coombes is the hardest working agent they know and that he goes way beyond the scope of his responsibilities to help them.
Philip possesses a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business, is a pioneer in internet marketing and has over 25 years of Sales, Marketing and Negotiating experience. His commitment to clients and community extends far beyond his office door. In his spare time, he can be found launching major food drives to help the less fortunate, participating in fundraisers with the Red Cross and lending his skills to schools, charities and civic events.
