After 28 years in the same house, we decided to relocate closer to our jobs. It was a difficult decision, and we interviewed a number of agents before selecting Robin Banks to sell our home. It was important to us to sell our house quickly at a good price, but also to find buyers who would see it's beauty and love it as we had. Robin worked tirelessly with us to find a new house, touring dozens of homes. She remained calm and practical throughout the entire process. We always knew what to expect as Robin led us through the steps to buying our new home.
But Robin really shone when it came to selling our old house. She coached us on how to stage the house: Robin has an eye for color and balance, selecting from our furniture and accessories to create arrangements that highlighted the home's strong points. She did her homework, helping us establish an appropriate asking price. She managed a number of open houses, in rapid succession, always leaving the house as clean and neat as when we'd left it. Robin Banks is my hero! My fiance and I starting looking for homes in the Eagle Rock area the second real estate started booming again..... bidding wars, all cash offers.... it wasn't looking good for us. Robin seriously went above and beyond the call of duty. She literally knocked on people's doors, she emailed us listings every day, she gave up her weekends to drive around to Open Houses with us and she was the first agent at every real estate caravan. She's the type of person who wouldn't sleep until she found us the perfect home... and then one day.... Valentine's day actually... she saw the house and told me to get in my car ASAP.
