Experienced in real estate finance and investment strategies, Shelly Cofini is a Portfolio Specialist with the McMonigle Group, assisting law firms, investment funds and asset managers by providing an exit strategy to their clientele.
Shelly Cofini has an extensive background in consult-ing, strategic planning and organizational develop-ment. She has been developing business and finan-cial strategies for her clients for more than 28 years.
A resident of Newport Beach, she has funded more than $3 billion over her real estate finance career. In addition to assisting homeowners in distress, Shelly is a National Speakers Association Member, conducting over 1,000 speaking engagements for the real estate and lending industries worldwide.
She is a graduate of California Polytechnic State Uni-versity, where she earned a Bachelor of Science de-gree, and the University of Santa Monica, earning a Master of Arts, Spiritual Psychology degree.
Shelly has a proven track record in successfully im-plementing turnaround strategies for companies that are in transition, both large and small. She has served on a Board of Directors alongside two GNMA Presidents and penned several articles for nationwide publications.
Shelly resides in Newport Beach, she loves college football, enjoys indoor cycling, southern cooking and loves spending time with family and friends. She is a volunteer coach for the Newport Mesa girls fast pitch softball league.
