Tracy Manzi
With 25 years of experience catering to the needs of home buyers and sellers within Orange County’s array of prestigious coastal communities, respected agent Tracy Manzi knows the region like her own backyard. In fact, having been a resident in Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach and Huntington Beach, one could say it is her own backyard.

A graduate of San Diego State University, where she earned a degree in speech communication, Manzi has been coached in real estate by some of the industry’s most accomplished and respected trainers, including Mike Ferry, Dirk Zeller and Steve Shull. Her experience includes time as a member of respected industry leader John McMonigle’s team when he was number-one worldwide. Consistently ranked in the top of sales by Coldwell Banker Previews and RE/MAX, she has successfully represented hundreds of clients, from first-time buyers in search of an entry-level townhome to international clientele selling multi-million-dollar estates.
The mother of an adult daughter living in Los Angeles, Manzi is dedicated to her community, volunteering for hospice, Meals on Wheels, the Alzheimer’s Society, and Mariner’s Church, where she is a member. She enjoys flying private airplanes and is passionate about national and international travel. “Though I have traveled extensively, I realize by watching the sunset over the ocean and Catalina Island that we have our own Riviera right here,” Manzi added. “I count my blessings every day that I am able to call the Orange County coast my home.”
