Troya Montgomery, Sales Associate, has been in the business of finding clients their perfect home for over 20 years and is a “class act” addition to our McMonigle TEAM @ Teles Properties! Joining the established Brashier Team at the start of 2011, and invited to John McMonigle’e elite “Core” Team by the end of her “rookie” year, Troya has a proven track record for inspiring swift action and for creating top-tier results. Her warm and engaging demeanor creates instant connections, while her integrity and strong work ethic sustains lasting partnerships. She is known for her rich style, creative flair, meticulous eye and genuine “my pleasure” customer service commitment.
Immediately prior to joining TEAM McMonigle, Troya served for 10 years as Vice President of Property Management for Irvine Company Apartment Communities. Joining IAC’s Executive Team in April 2001, Troya had ultimate supervisory responsibility for a total of just under 14,500 stabilized and lease-up apartment homes in Orange and San Diego Counties - a portfolio valued at roughly $4 billion and generating annual revenues in excess of $250 million.
With a first-hand appreciation for Irvine Company’s renowned attention to authentic design and extraordinary detail, Troya has a unique instinct and true passion for her specialty area of Newport Coast - the “crown jewel” of our acclaimed Orange Riviera locale!
Troya earned her Bachelor of Arts in both English and Psychology from Connecticut College in 1985, and first attained her Department of Real Estate Sales License in 1994.
