David Mossler is the Founder of Mossler & Doe. Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mossler moved to Los Angeles in 1963 and, after college, started his entertainment career in the fabled mailroom at CMA (now ICM). He became an agent at the tender age of 23, eventually joining Merv Griffin Productions and becoming head of theatrical management for the company. After eight years in the entertainment business, however, Mossler discovered his true passion: real estate. He spent two years honing his skills at the Jon Douglas Company, then struck out on his own. "Creating a residential real estate firm that exclusively focuses on great design and sound architecture was unheard of in 1978," says Mossler.
