Lou Piatt

Chief Executive Officer   
Mr. Piatt's role is to oversee the Company's financial growth and discipline, to manage the management team, set the strategic priorities of the Company, orchestrate Company expansion, assist key personnel recruitment and retention, and develop new revenue streams for the Company.

As President of Jon Douglas Company, Mr. Piatt participated in and managed the growth and development of the company over a period of 15 years. Following the purchase of the Prudential California network in 1995 he designed the merging of 18 pairs of offices that resulted in a firm with 63 offices and increasing the annual EBITDA of the company by over $10 million to more than $35 million and greatly increasing the enterprise value of the firm. Mr. Piatt was responsible for the selection and supervision of the company's management, the development of that company's risk management, its interface with mortgage, escrow, and title insurance, and spearheaded the packaging and presentation of the parent company for sale to the National Realty Trust in 1997 for more than $235 million.

Mr. Piatt has served as a consultant to real estate companies, an expert witness regarding broker standards, and a real estate investor. Mr. Piatt served as a United States Marine infantry officer in Viet Nam and was the recipient of the Navy Cross and the Bronze Star.

Peter Hernandez

President and COO   
In 1970, Mr. Hernandez began his career working with his father, Frank, his step-mother, Kathy, and brother, Michael, at Hernandez Realty, the No. 1 firm in Marina Del Rey. He joined Jon Douglas Company in 1983 and worked as a top producing agent until 1988. In 1988 Mr. Hernandez began his management career managing several offices for both Jon Douglas and Coldwell Banker. He served additional roles as a Vice President and Regional manger for both firms.

Most recently, Mr. Hernandez served as President and COO for Coldwell Banker in Orange County. He oversaw 17 0ffices and built the company to approximately1,100 agents in less than five years. During his tenure he successfully implemented three acquisitions, The Dyson and Dyson Company, The Balboa Real Estate Company and Strada Properties. As part of his role as President, he developed and oversaw the Previews Studio Design Center to service the marketing needs of the agents and company.

Mr. Hernandez is to oversee the day-to-day operations of Teles Properties. His responsibilities include managing all departments including the marketing studio, branch offices and the IT department. He will oversee the recruiting and retention of agents and key management and department heads. He will be responsible for opening and managing the first branch and will assist the CEO in developing strategies and new revenue streams for the Company.

Steve Shull

Executive Vice President   
Mr. Shull's role will focus on recruiting, agent productivity, and administrative staffing. Mr. Shull will be responsible for executing the recruiting plan, setting up training, coaching, and support programs specifically designed to increase agent productivity, and developing the hiring and training programs for all administrative staff.

Mr. Shull has been coaching real estate agents since 1993. During that period of time he has coached more real estate agents on an individual basis than any other person in North America. Most of his coaching clients are top producing agents in the Southern California area who fit the Teles Agent Profile. Steve specializes in helping agents double their business over a 12 to 24 month period of time. As part of Teles business model Steve will be working very closely with the agents in the company to take their business to the next level. Any agent who joins Teles Properties will be able to work with Steve directly.

Mr. Shull's previous careers include selling residential real estate, working as an institutional salesperson on Wall Street, and playing professional football as a linebacker for the Miami Dolphins from 1980 - 1983. In 1982, Mr. Shull was one of the Miami Dolphin tri-captains for Super Bowl 17.

Bill Grasska II

President of Mortgage and Escrow   
Bill Grasska has been intimately involved with mortgage lending for the past 22 years. Personally funding over $1.5 billion in residential, multi-family, and commercial loans. Starting his career with Glendale Federal Savings and Loan in 1986, Bill immediately became a top producer and was awarded the title "Circle Elite" representing the top 1% of all loan production.

Expanding his career into Mortgage Brokerage in 1992, Bill became Vice President in charge of sales at Trans Capital Mortgage. There he hired an elite sales force and set new national records for loan production. Bill has always focused on providing the best possible customer service and maintaining high expectations of customer satisfaction for the sales team.

In 1995 Bill co-founded and became CEO of William Gregory Mortgage . Under Bill's leadership and guidance, William Gregory Mortgage quickly became a major force in the lending industry. Integrity and high standards have always been extremely important to Bill. A major focus has been the optimization of lender relationships to facilitate the best financing options for the consumer. He believes that success comes from enhancing the client experience through creative financing and superior technology.

Bill is currently President of Teles Financial which was conceived in 2008 and was founded on a new model of mortgage lending. Utilizing the latest state of the art technology and a hybrid combination of mortgage banking and brokering, Teles Financial is setting even higher standards in customer service. Teles Financial is providing better execution in all aspects of the lending process.
